Are all the tires that you sell new?
Yes, all the tires offered on
tireagent.com
are brand new and have never been used or mounted on a vehicle
before.
How old are your tires?
All of our tires are new and never mounted. Most of our tires are
within 1-2 years old, but on occasion depending on the popularity of
the size and model of the tire it may be older. We do not
sell tires that exceed 4 years old from production date.
Can I request DOT codes or a specific year of production for a tire?
We offer over 1,000,000 tires and ship from many warehouses
nationwide. We are not able to check each tire for the date of
production, but we do not sell tires that have DOT dates exceeding 4
years old. If you receive a tire that is older please let us know.
Do you offer financing?

We offer instant rebates and mail-in rebates from the manufacturer.

Installation
If I purchased wheels and tires, do the tires come mounted and balanced on the
wheels?
No, tires and wheels are packaged and shipped separately. We do not
ship them together to avoid damage during delivery.
Is installation included in the tire price?
Installation is not included in the tire price at this time.
Orders
Do I have to give my email address in order to complete my order on your website?
Yes, an email address is needed to complete an order. A receipt from
your order is emailed to you for your personal records.
Additionally, in the case that there are any issues, we like to have
two methods of contact information.

What happens if I want to cancel an order that has been placed?
All cancellation requests MUST be made within 1 hour from the

own payment plan you will be allowed to return used products to

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed in our system immediately and most orders will
be shipped within one business day. You will receive a confirmation
email with further delivery details.
Why do I have four tracking numbers on the tires I ordered?
Each tire is tracked separately to ensure proper delivery.
Am I going to be charged for shipping or delivery?
Tire Agent is proud to say a customer will not have to pay for
shipping on any new order. We offer free shipping nationwide for
every order on our website.
Warranty & Road Hazard
Do you offer Tire Road Hazard or Wheel Protection programs?
Tire Agent offers road hazard protection for purchase on all tires
or wheels during the check-out process. Our road hazard tire
protection is backed by Allstate® and covers your tires from any
road hazard event for 12 or 24 months from the date of purchase
based on the protection plan you purchased. We also offer Extend
Road Hazard Protection for wheel purchases during the check-out

begins when you purchase the tire. Please contact a Tire Agent
representative to find out the warranty period for the tire you

My tire comes with free roadside assistance; where can I find the number to call
for a flat tire change or towing?
